Glass cutting optimization: use fewer sheets, waste less glass
Every order is a puzzle: which piece goes on which sheet? Glaziox solves it for you. It tries many layouts, counts the saw cut and edge allowance, reuses leftover pieces from earlier orders, and shows how many sheets to cut and how each one is laid out.
What you get
- Tries many layouts and keeps the one that uses the least glass.
- Cuts from your saved leftover pieces first, smallest piece first.
- Counts the cut width (kerf) and edge trim you set for your shop.
- Picks the best sheet size from the sizes you stock, or you choose one.
- If the last sheet is almost empty, it checks whether a smaller sheet is cheaper.
- Keep-direction option for patterned glass.
- Sheet-wise drawing, utilisation percentage and the leftovers you can save.

Questions and answers
Is it the best possible cutting plan?
It is a strong search that tries many layouts, not a mathematical proof. For normal shop orders the results are very good, and you can always choose the sheet size yourself.
Can it use my leftover pieces?
Yes. Save leftover pieces and the next order uses them before a new sheet is opened.
Does it handle different thickness and mirror?
Yes. Every glass type and thickness is planned separately.
